Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of paid subscriptions for the Loons business management application and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Digital House of Loons. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (monthly, annual, or such other periods as we may offer) with different features and pricing. The details of each plan, including pricing and features, are displayed on our website and within the Services. We reserve the right to modify our plans and pricing at any time, with notice to you as required by applicable law.

2. Billing

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added to your total amount.

• Monthly Plans: Billed every month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• Annual Plans: Billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at the time of renewal. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the paid features until that date. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

To cancel your subscription:

• Go to your Account Settings within the Services and follow the cancellation instructions, or
• Contact us at the details below, and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change affecting your subscription. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Free Trials & Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional periods from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable fee. Terms and conditions of specific promotions will be communicated at the time of offer.

7. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. You represent and warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method. Your payment information will be processed securely by our payment partners.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if payment is not received on time, if you violate our Terms & Conditions, or if we discontinue the Services. In the event of termination due to non-payment, your access may be restricted until the outstanding amount is paid.
