At Digital House of Loons, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. This page explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated data from the Loons business management application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number).
• Profile information (photo, job title, preferences).
• Business data stored within your account (invoices, quotations, projects, expenses, clients, etc.).
• Usage history and logs associated with your account.

3. What Data May Be Retained

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Billing and transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes (retained for the period mandated by applicable law).
• Information necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms & Conditions, or prevent fraud.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you personally.

Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your deletion request and verify your identity, we will process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

5. Important Considerations

• Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
• Active Subscriptions: If you have an active paid subscription, cancellation and refund terms as outlined in our Refund Policy and Subscription Terms will apply. Account deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
• Team Accounts: If you are part of a team or organization account, deletion of your personal account will remove your access. Team administrators may still retain project data you contributed to.
